Is glass wall art for you?

Is glass wall art for you?
If you're looking for something that could really make your bathroom stand out, why not consider a screen printed glass wall or shower screen?
Ok, a plane piece of glass might not be the most interesting of ideas, but with modern screen printing on acrylic or glass panels, you can use glass to create any mood you want.
This fantastic glass wall design by Uta Nagel just goes to show how glass wall art can change the mood of a bathroom and affect the users whole bathroom experience.
While we might not all have as much room in our bathrooms as in this image, using a glass wall instead of feature tiles or wall panels to give your bathroom the edge should definitely be on your list of things to consider.
Even if you can't use glass wall art, there is always the option of turning your shower door into something special, either to simply add privacy, or to really finish off your bathrooms theme.
We don't just love the walls in this bathroom design though.
We adore the use of wood on the walls and floor, two areas which are rarely combined thanks to the abundance of chipboard furniture on the market.
Couple that with a Jacuzzi that most for us certainly wouldn't mind having in our homes, and some wonderful pebbles to really compliment the organic theme of the glass wall and this bathroom design really is something to marvel.
Given that Uta Nagel is based in Canada, it's highly unlikely that one of her pieces will end up in your new bathroom, but that doesn't mean you should be put off by the idea.
A number of small boutique suppliers have started screen printing shower panels in the UK too, or you could simply get a window "sticker" created by your local sign specialist and apply it to a standard acrylic or glass panel to create a similar effect of your own (as long as it can take the increased moisture).
